Where the funds come from


Five times a year Box Rallies run very unique, hugely exciting and challenging Outback charity car rallies.

These projects raise over $8 million annually for cancer research.  It is our incredible community of rally participants that make the research possible. Through their involvement in the rallies each team goes to the community to raise the funds. Each team spreads the word of what we, as a wider community, are trying to achieve.

Every dollar counts and with approximately 950 teams every year the combined donation totals reach huge levels.

Rally family

“Once you do one rally, it’s in your blood and you’ll want to do another… and another… and then another…”

The camaraderie and friendship that is built over the 7 days of the rally surprises everyone that takes part. These friendships last a lifetime. It is a truly extraordinary feeling to be a part of something so special.

The record breaking amount of funds raised, the positive impact we have on local remote communities and the overall experiences of the rally teams themselves combine to become a hugely rewarding experience for all involved.
